Ray Derkacz
Principal Consultant
Ray is a professional programme manager with experience in several industry sectors, most recently in Insurance, Central Government and Mobile Telecommunications.  Building on a solid background in IT where he developed excellent management, communication and consultancy skills, Ray progressed into wider ranging cross-functional roles in project and programme management.  

 Ray is experienced in managing multi-million pound projects and has extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methods and techniques.  He has implemented standard practices for a number of clients through the provision of consultancy and skills transfer training.   He has received full accreditation as a project manager through a scheme approved by the Association of Project Managers.
Ray also has many years of experience in line management and is proficient in interviewing, coaching, counselling, appraisals and staff development.
